More and more Black families are learning that homeschooling is an excellent alternative to public and private school for their children.  For some, a new endeavor in homeschooling creates a desire to reach out to others who are perhaps sharing similar experiences in their own efforts to teach their children.

Black Homeschoolers' Network is a website designed to be a resource in facilitating a network among African American homeschoolers across the country.  Please sign in at our Roll Call so that others from your area seeking information, fellowship, encouragement, support groups, etc. might be able to contact you and know that they are indeed not an island -- whether you're a veteran or a newbie.  Everyone has something to offer.

Here you will also find a message board for general communication as well as an
